Today the Highest Court in the land decided against major parts of the Arizona immigration law. However, they did decide in favor of the controversial section regarding if law enforcement are allowed to "check person's immigration status while enforcing other laws" (according to CNN). Other than that small win the laws heart was struck down in favor of the jurisdiction to pass immigration laws and developing a policy being set at the Federal level.
