Most Republicans are not happy with Mitt Romney. He is not viewed as the strongest possible candidate yet he still won the nomination without much competition. So where have all the challengers gone? The party is lost and divided int he wilderness. To the public their is no clear leadership and no one has been able to unite all of the warring factions that have formed within the party. Mitt Romney is not the answer for the party but there are some out there that could rise and reunite the party of Reagan and Bush 1 and 2.
Those possible candidates for 2016 could be Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, or Jeb Bush. Like anything in life there is always the possibility of someone coming out of no where (such as Barack Obama for the Dems in 2008) to save the party. Only time will tell. Last night was the worst case (if it wasn't already bad). The end of the game and the outcome of the game were decided on a hail Mary pass to the end zone which was clearly intercepted by the defense but was given to the offensive player. Even upon review the refs stuck with their call. Do you think it is time to end this and concede to the wants of the trained NFL officials? I fear if this situation is not resolved this NFL will be tarnished and my fantasy team will suffer.

What we need is a credible Republican candidate with real solutions to problems. A candidate whom can compete on the President's level. Romney has never been this candidate and he continues to shot himself int he foot. Take a look at the video that has probably done him in for good.

New housing is always an important aspect of our economy and when it is strong the nation tends to have a strong economy. Recent data indicates that new housing has finally begun to increase. This is a great sign for the economy and probably a bad sign for Mitt Romney.

She is trying to convince those in the chamber to vote for the Budget Control Act of 2011. However she makes some very good points on why our elected officials are in Washington D.C. I do not always agree with her, in fact normally I do not, but if she and her colleagues act in the way she says they should then we would have less problems in our country. We will always have conflicts due to different views but coming together and compromising is part of the foundation that our country is built on. This past weekend IU played in state rival Ball State in football. Typical of most Saturdays around the country there was tailgating before the game. However, under cover excise police patrolling the tailgating area issued 129 under age drinking tickets, a new record for IU. Do you think issuing tickets has helped decreases the number of under age person's drinking?

There is currently a lot of turmoil due to the power vacuum created by the Arab Spring and there is no shortage of people and groups trying to vie for every sliver of power they can get their hands on.
