Major League Soccer has been around since 1993 and had its ups and downs. The biggest move for the league was in 2007 when David Beckham was signed by the L.A. Galaxy. The Beckham era helped grow the league to what it is today, however with the retirement of David Beckham the league will have to reinvent itself. Luckily the league has a set of great owners and a strong foundation of quality U.S. and foreign players to keep the league strong for the future.
