How many employees do you have? If it is below 50 full time employees then do not worry the new law will not affect your company, if you are over 50 then you will have to offer your employees a healthcare plan option. If you don't then you will have to pay them enough to afford it, if you do not either then you will be fined. This sounds bad but compared to past ideas it is a win for small business.
